Lisa joined Domain as controller in 1997 and became managing director of finance & administration in September 2015. Lisa manages the financial and administrative affairs of Domain and the funds that it manages.  She is responsible for accounting and financial reporting, human resources, benefits management, tax and SEC compliance.  Lisa also serves as an information source for Domain's portfolio companies.

One of the most rewarding aspects of being part of the Domain team is knowing that the innovative products and technologies we help to create make a difference in people's lives.

Prior to Domain, Lisa was director of corporate accounting at Chrysalis International, a publicly traded contract research organization which was subsequently acquired by Phoenix International.  Lisa had full accounting responsibility for all domestic and international business activities and transactions at Chrysalis. Lisa is a CPA, and she previously spent two years in the public accounting field. She received her B.S. in accounting from The College of New Jersey.
