We typically prefer to be a part of the first institutional financing round of the company, however we will also invest at other stages, including into public companies. We look for opportunities with companies that have outstanding breakthrough technologies addressing important medical needs in large significant markets led by stellar management. Once invested, Domain takes an active role in guiding the growth of the company.
