Ms. Kraeutler joined Domain as Controller in 1997. Prior to Domain, she spent eight years at Chrysalis International Corporation (now a part of MDS Inc.). Most recently serving as Director of Corporate Accounting for this publicly traded contract research organization, Ms. Kraeutler had full accounting responsibility for all of the company's domestic and international business activities and transactions. Major areas of activity included financial and SEC reporting, budgeting, risk and treasury management, taxes and audit. Ms. Kraeutler is a C.P.A., and she previously spent two years in the public accounting field.
