Dr. Brady joined Domain in 2004. Present board memberships include Asmacure, Neuron Systems, Novadigm Therapeutics, ParinGenix, and Symphony Medical as well as observer status at Carticept Medical, Celator Pharmaceuticals, Evoke Pharma, Helixis, Meritage Pharma, Orqis Medical, Pharmena, Regado Biosciences and Ruxton Pharmaceuticals. In addition, he is on the grant review board for the New Jersey Commission on Science and Technology, the venture capital advisor to the New Jersey Biotechnology Council Board of Trustees, a member of the Southeast BIO Board of Directors, and an advisor to the Translational Science Institute at Wake Forest University. Prior to Domain, Dr. Brady was co-founder and CEO of Phenome Sciences. As CEO of Phenome, Dr. Brady raised over $10M in financing and merged the company with Xanthus Pharmaceuticals, an oncology drug development firm where he was later Executive Vice President of Strategic Development and Planning. Dr.
Brady also worked as head of business development and medical director at Aderis Pharmaceuticals. While at Xanthus and Aderis, Dr. Brady was a medical consultant on numerous pre-clinical programs and 11 clinical programs in Phases I through IV. Earlier in his career, Dr. Brady was a senior associate at CB Health Ventures in Boston. He received an M.D. and a Ph.D. in pathology and integrated toxicology while working on the pre-clinical development of catalytic anti-inflammatory compounds.
